- For one of our clients, a Swiss multinational investment bank and financial services company, we are currently looking for a Project Officer within Asset Servicing Integration (m/w/d)

Responsibilities
- Support various business areas and ensure a positive client experience
- Oversee the onboarding of institutional clients and their asset managers, including product setup and coordination of securities migration by working with our settlements teams, external custodians, and counterparties
- Handle the screening, sorting, preparation, population, and filing of contracts to assist client advisors and relationship managers
- Plan and execute asset transfers for clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as settlements teams, sub-custodians, counterparties, and asset managers
Profile
- Solid experience within banking/financial industry
- Proficiency in English and German is mandatory, additional languages advantageous
- Creative and logical problem-solving skills
- Interest in digitalization and technology
- Strong understanding of finance-related data and ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines
- Capable of working independently with provided instructions and templates
