  • Koordinieren und Animieren des operativen Projekt-Kernteam
  • Sicherstellung regelmäßiger Projektteambesprechungen, Nachverfolgung offener Punkte, Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit und Entscheidungsbefugnis zur Ergebnisoptimierung
  • Animation und Lösungsfindung, wenn technische und/oder betriebliche Probleme identifiziert werden
  • DFQ-Prozess: Unterstützung der Gate Review-Vorbereitung
  • Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement: CCB-Anwesenheits- und Entscheidungsbefugnis für die Änderungsdurchführung
  • Koordination der teilnehmenden Participating Units
  • Koordination logistischer Aspekte mit den Participation Units und Organisation von technischem Support
  • Effizientes und relevantes Reporting an den Projektmanager und das Management
  • Projektreviews: Unterstützung CPR / RPR, MPR, WPR-Vorbereitung
  • Überprüfung von Risiken, Einsparungen und Opportunitäten unterstützen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Regeln, Anweisungen und Standards: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Project Management Manual
