HR Business Partner for a premium car manufacturer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Consult supervisors in all questions and belongings regarding HR (incl. employee relations and resolving conflicts)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as HR policies and procedures - governance role
- Consult managers in implementing performance management processes
- Assist in talent management (e.g. talent identification, development, and retention)
- Consult in change initiatives and manage the human side of change
- Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business needs
- Provide coaching to managers and employees
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Ensure HR programs are communicated and implemented in the business/department.
- Manage recruiting process (e.g. hiring strategy & plan, candidate assessment, writing job descriptions, etc.)
Profile
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information to various stakeholders
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies
- Problem-Solving and Strategic Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner
- Employment Laws: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in HR
