Responsibilities
- The Sales Director is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves managing & building a high-performance sales team, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Director collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.

- 60% of time finding new clients and 40% of the time retaining current clients.
Profile
- Spoken & Written - Danish and English
- Candidate must already reside in Denmark
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency with companies CRM software.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to travel as needed.
