Qualitative Researcher (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Plan qualitative research studies: work with UX researchers to clarify their research topics for an upcoming study, write the discussion guide, facilitate sessions while ensuring the smooth execution of research sessions with buyers and sellers
- Quickly analyze data and produce summarized reports
- Ensure all legal requirements such as NDAs are fulfilled before sessions
- Work with Research Program Coordinator for using internal recruiting systems to schedule and confirm participants for the research sessions
Profile
- Strong moderating skills with experience in moderating qualitative research
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar SaaS survey tools
- Qualitative recruiting experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
