Quality Project Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Plans and completes Global Quality projects
- Responsible for Quality adherence to PCP process
- Coordinates all quality-relevant activities, e.g. experts supporting PFMEA finalization and production readiness release
- Acts as an advisor to management and business partners on Quality-related topics
- Ensures implementation of Quality standards, guidelines, and programs in NPD/PCP projects
- Performs project quality reporting and analysis
- Ensures effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Manages Quality-related activities with involved internal and external parties
- Drives and coaches Quality-related topics within area of responsibility
Profile
- Degree in Engineering or Quality Management
- Significant experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a large-scale manufacturing/ engineering environment
- Strong quality mindset and ability to inspire colleagues and stakeholders for a culture of continuous improvement
- Solid experience in quality management within a global or multinational organization
- Proficient in executing quality concepts
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative team player who supports and motivates others to achieve their goals
- Structured, facts-driven, and able to work under pressure and manage several operational and conceptual activities at the same time
