Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate month-end activities with Supply Chain Operations Team, BMS and Contract Manufacture supply sites as requested by the Manager, Supply Chain Operations and support Manager to capture changes to physical & financial flows, co-ordinate, maintain & review both Transactional & Global Market notes to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Support Manager on Resource Market allocation accuracy and to maintain Transfer pricing and Customs Valuatons on SAP, through ATPS notification, SharePoint and via direct requests from finance.
  • Liaise with Global/Regional Supply Chain & Quality teams for redeployments, allocations product launches, Samples, return and rework of product and product transfers
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing as SCO SME to support SAP Implementation testing and upgrades
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to perform Supply Chain Operation activities
  • Ensure that customer and supply sites comply with Business and Tolling process
  • Responsible for the receipt and processing of supplier invoices and follow up on price discrepancies and issue invoices to market in a timely manner
  • Responsible and accountable for accurate receipt and processing of Tolling Fee invoices
  • Manage all SCOA activities in accordance with Good Distribution Procedure
  • Process required shipping documents, certify with local Chamber of Commerce, and legalise with relevant Embassies as required

Profile

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations standards and of end-to-end Supply Chain distribution
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry standards (GDP, GMP)
  • Supply Chain or Business qualification – Diploma or Degree standard
  • Experience in a Multinational Supply Chain Pharma Environment at supervisory level
  • Supply Chain Operations in a multinational company; preferrably working in an Export department 
  • Ability to work independently and within team matrix environment
  • Leading team to deliver results on time in a pressure environment
  • Demonstrate efficiency in Supply Chain administration, accuracy and timeliness of order processing
