Responsibilities
- Commission, inspect, and repair equipment supplied by VEGA.
- Provide technical support, including application advice, trial measurements, and training.
- Assist in trade shows and deliver lectures related to VEGA products.
- Perform entry control for equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to resolve technical issues.
- Accept and plan service orders, including international cases when necessary.
- Ensure accurate execution and reporting of service orders.
- Manage and order required equipment for stock.
Profile
- Candidates MUST have relevant experience in process automation, instrumentation, industrial manufacturing processes, sensors, level & pressure.
- A result-oriented approach with a drive for exceeding objectives.
- A customer-focus and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find timely solutions.
