Supply Chain Controller 60% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Continuous inventory controls between the SAP system and the warehouse management system of the external logistics service provider
- Permanent checking of dependent interfaces and error handling in collaboration with the external service provider and internal departments
- Implementation of solution approaches with regard to eliminating inventory differences
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies as well as standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Month-end close
- Operational supplier management (indirect procurement / third party providers for transport and customs clearance)
- Weekly invoice control and internal controlling
- Support with assessments and audits
- Support / sub-project management for logistics projects
- Identification of Cost improvement projects (CIPs)
Profile
- Basic commercial training or completed university studies (not mandatory) and sound business knowledge
- Analytical and structured way of working as well as a high affinity for dealing with numbers
- Process accuracy and reliability
- High sense of responsibility and independent way of working
- Willingness for permanent process optimization
- Teamwork and proactive communication behavior
- Ability to adapt to changes at short notice
- Good spoken and written language skills in either German or English
- Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel), SAP/ERP is an advantage
