CQV Leader (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute CQV projects in the areas of Upstream, Downstream, Clean Utilities, and Black Utilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
- Prepare and review CQV documentation
- Train and mentor team members and other stakeholders. Proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues
- Oversee and coordinate the commissioning and qualification of systems and equipment
- Support the integrated commissioning of the DeltaV system, including software, hardware, and interfaces to various process and utility systems
- Ensure reliable operation of automated systems by providing hands-on engineering support for troubleshooting process control and operational issues
- Fine-tune equipment performance to meet required acceptance criteria
- Ensure correct and safe start-up of Black Utilities, Clean Utilities, and HVAC systems, considering the risks and mitigations outlined in method statements and risk assessments (RAMS)
- Ensure safe execution of C&Q field activities in accordance with Lonza HSE standards, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out preparation and PSHR completion as system owner
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Experience in process commissioning, with a minimum of 3 years in utility system commissioning
- Hands-on experience with DeltaV DCS, including commissioning and troubleshooting using DeltaV Operate / Live and Control Studio
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and codes of practice for the life sciences industry
- CGMP knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
- Ability to work with minimal oversight and meet deliverables within target dates
- Obvious experience in leading projects in a minimum of these 2 areas: Upstream, Downstream, Clean Utilities, Black Utilities
