We will review your application documents and carry out a detailed analysis of your professional qualification.
2. Telephone or personal interview
If any questions remain unanswered, a telephone or personal interview will follow between you and your contact person at Hays in order to be able to advise you better.
3. Contact with companies
After matching your goals and qualifications with our customers' requirements, and upon your consent, we will present you to our customer. After that, we accompany you through the entire application process with our client.
4. Contract generation
Once you have received a firm job offer and all relevant framework conditions have been agreed, you will be employed directly by the customer.

After matching your goals and qualifications with our customers' project requirements, and upon your consent, we will present your qualification profile to our customer. Then you will personally meet our customer to discuss further project-related details.
4. Project contract
In case of a positive response, you will conclude a project contract/temporary contract with Hays.
