Business Process Owner E2E (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Formalises the transversal BPO role with the responsibilities and practices to be applied for the Institution
- Supports the Business process owners for each of their respective end-to-end processes
- Creates and animates the community of all BPOs to create synergies, share best practices and secure alignment of common practices
- Coordinates processes definition, implementation, and performance monitoring
- Collaborates with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements
- Leads workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment
- Acts as a subject matter expert on best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders
Profile
- Experience as a BPO.
- Knowledge of BPOs methodology and frameworks is a strong asset as well as ServiceNow
- Experience in ERP development and deployment from the business standpoint
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent knowledge of standard end-to-end processes such as Procure to Pay, hire to retire, record to report
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, French a big advantage
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions / UX design concepts
