Digital Analyst (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for being the Product Owner of Analytic Platform
- Assemble appropriate data to monitor key performance indicators
- Offer optimal digital experience to internal users
- Analyze and optimize the usability of digital systems using app and web analytics tools
- Drive business insights through data modeling and machine learning techniques using Python/R and SQL
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, ETL tools such as Prefect, Apache Airflow and AWS Glue
Profile
- Experience with MS Power BI and familiarity with Azure cloud-based data infrastructure and services
- In-depth knowledge of app and web analytics tools and proven skills and experience in using these analytics to understand and optimise the user experience of digital systems
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and ETL tools (e.g. Prefect, Apache Airflow, AWS Glue)
- Familiarity with cloud-based data infrastructure and services (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
- Experience with data modelling and machine learning techniques as well as experience using Python/R and SQL to gain business insights
- Confident with Git and the command line
- Experience in the retail or healthcare sector is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English
- Strong interest in Digital Health and in developing and designing innovative solutions
