Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor and assess children's progress and development
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience

Profile

  • Please note: We are happy to assist with the recognition of international degrees. International candidates will need to complete a recognition internship lasting between 6-12 months, during which they will be fully employed and paid
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/ Early Childhood Development / Preschool Education
  • German language skills at level B1 or higher
  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
