We believe that bequeathing a better Earth to future generations is not just profitable but genuinely enriching.The purpose of this position is to strengthen support, provide on-job training and guide users of BTL in optimum and correct use of business solutions systems including ERP and related components to operate site and systems as effective as possible.We see that IT-competencies in general are very low in our BTL organisation and needs to shape competencies of users IT-skills through trainings, guidance, support and enhancements of systems where needed to fit day-day operations. The position will both provide support and ticket handling of raised requests and questions from end users as well as drive minor improvements and enhancement based on request from business in close alignment with other ERP consultants to ensure One Common Platform is retained across Baettr Group.
  • As a member of the Group IT, you will be working on a global scale to support all our factories and group functions and therefor may expect travel activities. You will also govern our ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics365FO) with the goal of transforming us into a more data-driven organization.Your primary role involves supporting and managing our Machine Shops, which includes ERP, OEE, Finance, Logistics, Production, and other supporting processes. Your aim is to support our business units to deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective products for our global wind customers.You will collaborate closely with team members and colleagues to support the existing processes and system landscape. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting, designing, and building future processes centred around a robust digital backbone.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance for users on-site
  • Responsible for deploying Group IT systems for local site
  • Act as 1. and 2. level support on delegated issues and tickets
  • Responsible for the ERP operations/maintenance and ensure stable and professional ERP support to all employees on-site in close cooperation with other team members
  • Coach and train superusers and employees within the organization
  • Ensure all processes, background jobs, batch tasks and housekeeping are handled effectively with high performance and availability.
  • Monitor and operate critical services to support operational excellence (bank integrations, batch jobs, EDI, etc)
  • Application Management for Group systems including maintenance, change request, software patching and release management
  • Act as Solution/Product Owner on agreed areas as SME(Subject matter expert) in global team
  • Act as single point of contact for all business issues and drive issues to solutions in cooperation with Global IT team
  • Travel to locations in Germany. Expected travel activity is 30-40 days a year.

Profile

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, 2012 or Dynamics365FO experience - potentially certification
  • Subject Matter Expert in given areas - potentially Planning, Logistics, Production, Quality, Engineering
  • ITILv3/4 experience - potentially certified
  • Support and training experience from jobs in IT or support functions
  • Proactive and problem orientered nature where no problems are tool small
  • People oriented and social to build a good relation to all stakeholders
  • Danish and English fluent, German optional
