Workday Integration Consultant/Partner (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Execution of Workday Brazil Landscape design overview
- Creation of Pre Go Live Integration Checklist
- Review all Brazil global and local integrations and ensure proper stakeholders are assigned and proper SME resources are engaged. Confirm timelines for all integration scope in relation to other global integrations/projects (e.g., LDC) and identify dependencies and pre-requisites for critical path tasks
- Act as escalation point for Brazil Country data points for integration requirements for Time/Absence, Payroll, local integrations, Deloitte Time/Absence
- Lead Integration Partner for oversight on all timeline deliverables from design to hyper care (post Go Live) for internal SMEs and Integrations team partners
- Risk Identification, assessment, and change management liaison
- Confirm all testing results post each integration
- Execution of any other requests from HCM management
Profile
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- Experience with large scale SAP HCM projects
- Experience with large scale Workday Integrations
- Ideally experience within pharmaceutical industry
